If your FLARM device is not working as expected, first make sure that it is correctly installed and configured. Make sure that the antennas and antenna cables are approved and correctly installed. Requirements for installation can be found in the respective installation manual, EASA Minor Change documents, and the document Application Note FLARM Antenna Installation. Also, search the FAQ for your issue.
Specific requirements and repair procedures depend on the type of device (see below).
Never send devices directly to the FLARM office in Switzerland or to any service partner without first having received an RMA number and the appurtenant address. Devices sent to the wrong address or without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned at cost.

Classic FLARM
Manufacturing of Classic FLARM devices has stopped several years ago. Spare parts for repair may no longer be available. We thus recommend upgrading to a PowerFLARM Fusion installation, with tripled detection range, antenna diversity, better interference protection, ADS-B/transponder receiver, and better and intuitive obstacle warnings.
The manuals for Classic FLARM can still be found here.
Please check with your local dealer if a repair is still possible. In the EU, contact the FLARM Competence Center for a quote: http://www.segelflugbedarf24.de/flarm/download/auftragsformular1.pdf. Note that this may already induce costs.
Devices from other manufacturers (OEMs)
The document Application Note FLARM Antenna Installation applies to all FLARM devices. For additional installation requirements, support and repair, contact the device manufacturer or dealer where the device was purchased.
